• Campaign information — if you reached our site from an advertisement or campaign link, we record which campaign referred you (such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers) so we understand which of our marketing works.
• Service information — if you engage us for study abroad consultancy, we collect the additional information needed to prepare your applications, such as academic records, passport details, and financial documentation. This is always collected directly from you, with your knowledge, for the specific purpose of your application.

• To prepare and submit university admissions, visa, and accommodation applications on your behalf and at your request.

3. Where your information is stored and international transfers

Enquiries submitted through our website are stored in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) and our business email. Our website is hosted by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Because we serve clients across the UAE, the Philippines, and application destinations in Europe and Australia, your information may be transferred outside the country you live in. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we do so in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, using providers and partners that offer an adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With partner universities, admissions bodies, visa authorities, accommodation providers, and insurers — only as part of an application you have asked us to make, and only the information required for that application.
• With service providers that support our operations (CRM, email, hosting), strictly for the purposes above.
• Where required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If you enquire but do not become a client, you may ask us to delete your details at any time.

As a UAE-registered company, we process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "UAE PDPL"). Under it, you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Depending on where you live and where your application is directed, other laws may also give you rights — including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 for our clients in the Philippines, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation where applications are made to European institutions.
